I have discovered that for decades, women have been calling out for help, education, understanding, and support through menopause. Too often, their voices have gone unheard. Many women have felt isolated, confused, and distressed as they experienced disruptive symptoms that affected their bodies, minds, relationships, careers, and sense of self.

Instead of receiving understanding, many were met with dismissal. Partners, family members, friends, workplaces, even health care professionals often lacked the knowledge or awareness to recognise what women were experiencing. Many women were told their symptoms were ‘just stress,’ ‘part of getting older,’ or ‘all in their head,’ leaving them feeling invalidated and alone. Every woman deserves to feel heard, informed, supported, and empowered throughout this significant transition. By providing education, practical strategies, and compassionate support, we can help women understand what is happening to their bodies and their minds, advocate for their needs, and navigate menopause with greater confidence, dignity, and wellbeing.

The Vision

Helping women navigate menopause with confidence, knowledge and dignity, through our signature education program, practical support and compassionate understanding.

Aiming to empower women to embrace this stage of life and recognise that menopause is not the end of who they are but the beginning of a new chapter.

It is time to take off the blindfold and see things differently.
